Cylindrical (Rotary) Milling -Simultaneously program an additional axis
with the ability to wrap a shape or toolpath around a cylinder via rotary axis interpolation. Create posted outputs
of feed rates for rotary axis based on either linear or angular values. With Mill module, machine with one wrapped
axis (typically using the A-axis). Also supports B-axis for horizontal mills. Works with all Milling packages
(requires post upgrade).
4-Axis Milling - Simultaneously drives one rotary axis (A, B, or C) with X, Y, and/or Z. Supports
Y-axis off-center milling for radially prismatic parts defined by solid models or 3D geometry. Requires a
4-Axis/5-Axis post upgrade.
Milling - Simultaneously drives two rotary axes (A, B, and/or C) with
X, Y, and/or Z. Supports freeform 3D solids and geometry (impellers, etc.) Requires 2.5D Solids or SolidSurfacer,
and a 4-Axis/5-Axis post upgrade.
VoluMillTM Wireframe for GibbsCAM - Adds powerful
high speed roughing functionality and controlled material removal rate for GibbsCAM Milling. Requires Production
Milling, and Advanced CS is recommended for full functionality.
VoluMillTM Solids for GibbsCAM - Adds powerful high
speed roughing functionality and controlled material removal rate for GibbsCAM Milling. Requires VoluMill Wireframe
and 2.5D Solids option.
Multi-Task Machining (3 levels) - Allows sub- and multiple spindles,
multiple tool groups/turrets, and advanced turning capabilities/ Requires Turning Package and Multi-Task Machining

Tombstone Management System - Position and program multi-part setups
on tombstone fixtures, automatically generating WFOs and rotary moves. Requires the Mill Package and Advanced Mill
options. 2.5D Solids option highly recommended.
Simulation - Model machine tool and simulate machine tool motions to
verify setup and machining strategies. Requires 2.5D Solids option.

software licensing mechanism is a hardware dongle in either parallel port or USB port format, which must be
specified at time of purchase.
License - Provides a network server version of the GibbsCAM software
to share licenses within that network. The software controls modules and options that users can check-in/check-out,
based on the number of modules and options purchased by the customer. Consult your Reseller for optimum
configuration. NOTE: Mainenance purchase is also required for individual seat licenses.
CAD INTEROPERABILITY OPTIONS
All of the following options require either 2.5D Solids Milling or Turning, 2.5D
Mill/Turn, 3D Milling, or 3D Milling and Turning.

to support Autodesk Mechanical Desktop of Invento Add-ins.
